Green Salad

A plain simple vegetable salad can be anything but simple with the right ingredients. And with the right ingredients, we mean organically grown raw materials where the origin can be traced back to the soil where everything has once been grown. The best part is, of course, to grow as much as possible yourself and to buy as much as possible from local producers.

Ingredients (2 servings):
Salad (can be combined with ruccola and baby spinach)
1 dl walnut kernels
1 avocado
1/2 tablespoon HERB HERO MORINGA
1 green pepper
1/2 dl goji berries
1/2 lemon

For a more mature alternative, add quinoa or amaranth.

1. Put a bed of lettuce leaf in a deep plate (together with quinoa / amaranth)
2. Cut the avocado and green peppers and spread evenly over the spree.
3. Add walnut kernels.
4. Squeeze lemon for desired acidity.
5. Sprinkle HERB HERO MORINGA over the salad and garnish with goji berries.
