You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Herb Hero suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Herb Hero will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Our products are ecologically produced and optimal for vegan. By raw, we mean that the drying process of the raw materials is done in low temperatures and that we do as little as possible with the products to provide as much nutrition as possible.

This means that Herb Hero controls the entire value chain of our products, from plant to product. Throughout the road, from planting and harvesting in Thailand, we are packing and sending end products in the most sustainable way possible.

Our Moringa and Turmeric are from Lamphun Province and Ang Thong Province in Thailand, where the conditions for growing these products are optimal year-round. Our coconut oil comes from farms in Surat Thani province and Prachuap Khiri Khan Province in southern Thailand, where coconuts have been grown ecologically for generations.
